Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, automotive, material handling, or related repair fields.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment (basic to advanced).
• Perform forklift inspections and proactive maintenance.
• Communicate repair needs, timelines, and costs with customers.
• Operate a company-provided service vehicle safely and maintain parts inventory.
• Document service activities accurately and on time.
