Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a diligent field mechanic to service, maintain, and repair construction equipment across mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems. You’ll travel to customer sites, open work orders on laptops, review telematics, document repairs, and keep a clean service truck.

The role requires a high mechanical aptitude, strong tool knowledge, and a solid understanding of equipment schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (trade school a plus)
• Field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR; at least 21 to operate a company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair construction equipment across mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Use laptops/tablets daily to open/track work orders, review telematics, and document repairs
• Order parts and help with equipment/parts pick-up and delivery
• Travel to customer sites as the field mechanic on duty; keep a clean, professional service truck
• Practice rigorous safety standards; OSHA knowledge is a plus
• Train and support junior technicians as needed
• Complete accurate electronic paperwork each day
• Tackle other duties as assigned
