Access Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denison, IA to perform field maintenance on customer equipment, diagnose issues, and ensure high-quality service. This role emphasizes customer interaction, independence, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel to diverse customer sites, maintain tools inventory, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with equipment. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
• Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and expand knowledge of new equipment.
• Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
