Job summary
Access Systems, Inc. in the Quad Cities region is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, daytime role.
You will perform field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and travel within the region. Qualifications
- Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
- Technical aptitude with willingness to learn – training provided.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
- Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
- Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and expand knowledge of new equipment.
- Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
