You will work on-site with customers, often traveling to site locations, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to diagnose issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in related technical field preferred or 0-2 years in industry
• Must understand safety guidelines and proper PPE usage
• Ability to follow written procedures and manuals
• Capable of operating company vehicle safely and legally
• Ability to perform service tasks under supervision or independently

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per policies
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines
• Keep current on Safety Bulletins and Field Change Notices
• Complete accurate administrative tasks and maintain inventory
