The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, precise documentation, and professional on-site conduct. A valid driver's license and ability to read schematics are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration and/or cooking equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service equipment in customer locations, independently or as part of a technician team.
• Communicate professionally with customers and help them decide repair-or-replace options.
• Document work performed with clear written orders and ensure CPS team receives accurate information.
• Promote safety and represent CPS professionally on-site.
