Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Appleton, WI is seeking an Account Manager to manage accounts in the geographic area and provide hands-on assistance and training for beverage and chemical equipment. You will install and test equipment, collaborate with customers and sales teams to identify the best solutions, and ensure professional, timely service across the region.

Face-to-face customer service, strong problem-solving, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6–12 months equipment sales and/or maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training.
• Maintain proper functioning of beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people to determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
