Job summary

Turbo Technicians, LLC., a Smart Care company, is seeking skilled technicians to join the Indianapolis, IN field service team. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain commercial restaurant and coffee equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role offers paid training, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a company vehicle, and opportunities for career growth. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work various shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic electricity; amperage, voltage and resistance, and ability to read basic equipment schematics.
• Multimeter usage and electrical testing.
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency in responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Reactive 24-hour service to include equipment troubleshooting and diagnosis, repair, and resolution.
• Perform installations, repairs, and removal of commercial restaurant equipment and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Order and schedule delivery of repair parts and maintain inventory.
• Record and complete work orders accurately and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, management, warehouse, and technician teams.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean service vehicle.
