Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Service Technician for InnoServ to install, service, and maintain coffee, juice, dishwashing, and chemical dispensing machines for a diverse client base including national accounts and healthcare facilities.

The position offers a starting salary of $52,748 per year, incentives, and opportunities to earn more with experience. Weekend/on-call rotations and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or equipment repair experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR and ability to lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and perform preventative maintenance on coffee, juice, dishwashing and chemical dispensing machines for various customers.
• Provide high-quality customer service and ensure equipment performance meets client needs.
• Cover schedule hours with flexibility including weekends/on-call to support customers.
