Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in Sterling, VA is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled service on coffee equipment, including installations and emergency service calls, while instructing customers on proper use and addressing inquiries.

Responsibilities include completing service calls and related paperwork, maintaining inventory for the service vehicle, refurbishing equipment, and ensuring vehicle maintenance with a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Past Experience is a plus.
• Valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service on coffee equipment, including maintenance and installations.
• Instruct customers on proper use and address inquiries about equipment.
• Complete service calls and related paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain parts inventory for the service vehicle and monthly stock.
• Refurbish and repair equipment for customer sites.
• Ensure service vehicle maintenance, obey traffic laws, and keep a valid license.
• Assist with route driving during vacations or absences.
• Receive, organize, and maintain parts for equipment.
