Job summary

Alliance Technical Group, Evansville, IN, seeks a Field Services Technician to install, service and repair CEMS and process analytics at industrial sites. You may work solo or with a team on projects requiring problem-solving and hands-on electronics work.

You will travel 50-75% overnight, with some weekends after training, and be responsible for safe operation, equipment testing, and providing remote technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• AS degree or military experience in electronics, instrumentation, or equivalent.
• 2+ years electronics experience.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willing to travel 50-75% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and process analytic systems for industrial customers at their facility.
• Troubleshoot system issues on electronic, pneumatic, pumps, and other components for proper system operation.
• Average 50 - 75% overnight travel to customer site typically Monday - Friday.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, which may occasionally include some weekends, will be required upon completion of training.
• Provide technical support via telephone and the internet.
