Compensation: $27.00 - $34.00 / hour

**You will primarily be servicing the Boston area. On occasion, there may be an opportunity to travel to additional locations**

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Keep a smile on our customer’s faces with first-rate customer service.
  • Put in, change around, fix, and/or run updates on Everi products on location at casinos.
  • Check in with our customers and our devices to ensure they are running smoothly, see if there are any issues, what those issues might be, and fix problems that arise for our products. Training and other support will be provided, as needed.

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
  • Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.
Nice-to-have's:
  • Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 27- $34/per hour and is overtime eligible.
