About the Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working independently and keeping things running smoothly? As a Field Service Technician, you’ll travel to customer sites to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot recycling equipment including balers and compactors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to put their mechanical and electrical skills to use while making a real impact in the recycling equipment industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Travel to customer locations for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of recycling equipment and controls.
  • Diagnose machine issues using manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources.
  • Document repairs, installations, and service updates for both company records and customers.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Provide after-sales support and technical training to customers.
  • Stay up to date with recycling equipment technology and product lines.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
