Job summary

Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair state-of-the-art door equipment across Wisconsin. This full-time role includes occasional night/weekend on-call and ample overtime opportunities.

You will work independently, represent AEW professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction while handling paperwork and communications with management and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic with quality customer service.
• Problem solving skills.
• Electrical and/or mechanical or construction experience.
• Knowledge and experience with power and hand tools.
• A detailed oriented work approach.
• Ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair of automatic swing, sliding, revolving and security door equipment throughout Wisconsin.
• Communicate with management, sales department, general contractors and end-users.
• Fill out proper paperwork to meet company requirements.
