Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment. You’ll diagnose issues, propose fixes, and perform preventive maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with rotating equipment.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify and sell repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance.
• Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and parts.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and stay current through training.
• Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision.
• Be flexible and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
