Job summary

Nebraska Harvest Center Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service CLAAS equipment at customer sites and shops. You will troubleshoot, repair, and assemble machines, using SIS for parts and documenting labor and warranty reports.

Travel within the region is common, with occasional overnight trips. Diesel tech background and tools are required, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diesel tech background or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a field service technician role preferred.
• Must provide personal tools for position.

Responsibilities

• Repair machines in field, shop, or customer locations to customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot using SIS to order parts and research problems.
• Maintain service reports and warranty documentation.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
