Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Jersey Shore, NJ market. This field-based role delivers high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers, ensuring safety standards and strong customer relationships.

You will travel to discrete locations within NJ, work 10-hour shifts, and support sales and service teams to provide a consistent customer experience across segments including hospitality, education, and government.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, and installing equipment).
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized accounts.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders reliably.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and ensure adherence to Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to keep a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix.
• Document all work performed accurately and promptly.

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Jersey Shore, NJ market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution. You will support customers across Institutional business segments, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable customer outcomes.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems

• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently

• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards

• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance

• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed

• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships

• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience

Position Details:

• This is a field-based position and may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas: Toms River, Atlantic City, Vineland, Sicklerville, NJ

Work Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Wednesday, consisting of 10-hour shifts. Typical scheduled hours will fall between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. local time; however, shifts may be scheduled as early as 8:00 a.m. or as late as 12:00 midnight based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment

• Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions

• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays

Physical Requirements of Position:

• Associate's degree or other advanced education or certifications

• Previous mechanical problem-solving experience, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or equipment repair, in industries related to foodservice, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, long-term care, and/or pool and spa
