Oberg and Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician with a strong mechanical and electrical background to work directly with customers in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed equipment, diagnose PLC and electrical issues, and travel to customer sites for service and support. The role emphasizes customer relationships, safety, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC issues.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Customer-facing with strong communication and service mindset.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities and work in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to safety, documentation, and quality workmanship.
