Job summary

Warehouse Fixtures is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our family-owned team in St. Louis, MO. You will travel to customer sites to install and service office furniture, ensuring quick, correct solutions and a positive experience.

Ideal candidates have hands-on installation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license is required, with ability to obtain class E within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex issues with office furniture systems, including workstations, seating, and modular installations.

• Read and interpret layouts, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Provide on-site customer support, ensure a positive service experience, and confirm jobs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time.
• Interface directly with our clients to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or process improvements.

Field Service Technician
