Job summary

Atlantic Bingo Supply in South Bend, IN is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment, including handheld electronic gaming units. You will ensure 100% customer satisfaction and assist other technicians as necessary.

The schedule may start mid-morning and end in the early evening, with flexibility for hours outside that range. You will travel the Midwest, with periodic overnight stays, and may assist in tech sales as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic electronics and networking knowledge.
• PC and Windows proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft applications.
• Indiana Lottery Tech License required.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.

Primary Roles And Responsibilities

• Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.


• Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules.


• Customer service.


• Assisting in tech sales as needed.

Requirements, Experience and Education

• High school diploma / GED equivalent.


• Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.


• Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.


• You will be required to obtain a Indiana Lottery Tech License.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Other Skills/Abilities

• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.


• Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.


• Service locations are located throughout the Midwest area. You must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays. Be a Road Warrior!!


• You will be required to obtain a Indiana Lottery Tech License.
