The Position

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician for the Salt Lake City area to perform service on our filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. Responsibilities include installations, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The technician acts as the face of Quench, providing positive customer service during site visits. The role reports to the Field Service Manager and involves operating a company vehicle. Hands-on training is provided upon hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot products for repairs
• Change water filters, clean and sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear waterlines
• Inspect for leaks and malfunctions
• Perform service agreement tasks and other duties as assigned
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Maintain vehicle according to company policy
• Apply technical and mechanical skills
• Use basic tools and transport equipment and tools to customer sites
• Transfer customer and company information electronically
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Experience in repair and maintenance
• Technical school degree preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn water cooler repair techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clean work record and pass pre-employment drug screen
• Physical ability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 70+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old

Highlights

• Hourly Rate: $22.87 - $24.00
• Company vehicle and gas card provided
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM (may vary slightly)
