Job Opportunity - Field Service Technician - Phoenix, AZ - Utility-Scale Solar

I’m working with a team delivering large-scale solar infrastructure across the U.S., and they’re looking for a Field Service Technician to take ownership of installations, commissioning, and on‑site troubleshooting.

This is a field-based position with travel but is based out of Phoenix, AZ.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and guiding installation crews on‑site
• Verifying system installs and commissioning new equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical + electrical issues in real time
• Performing repairs and ensuring optimal system performance
• Traveling to active solar sites (expect a boots-on-the-ground role)
