Job summary

SERVPRO in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Field Service Technician to handle water and fire restoration tasks with professionalism, organization, and a customer‑first mindset. You will operate drying equipment, perform interior demolition, and provide general labor across restoration stages, with after‑hours on‑call as needed.

Training is provided by the local SERVPRO team. Full‑time schedule, core hours Monday‑Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, valid driver’s license required, and opportunities for growth

TITLE

Field Service Technician

DESCRIPTION

Servpro provides best-in-class on-site cleanup and restoration service to customers that have experienced damage in their home or business. Our Field Service Technician are always organized, calm, and friendly; going above and beyond to make sure their customer has the best experience possible.

• Rewarding hands-on work with supervisor interaction and room for growth
• Let the New Lenox, IL SERVPRO team provide your training
• Full-time core hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
• Extra hours as needed. Some positions require additional after-hours service rotation
