Job summary

General Parts Group is hiring a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants across the service area.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and service gas, electric, and steam systems, order parts, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations. A company vehicle and ongoing training support your growth in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience, education, or military training preferred.
• EPA certification (for refrigeration techs).
• Must have valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards.
• Completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide service solutions for gas, electric, and steam systems.
• Order and install replacement parts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.

Skills

Mechanical aptitude

General Parts is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants throughout your area.

What You’ll Do:
