Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Las Vegas, NV to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain stairlift systems in customers’ homes. The role includes performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections while delivering exceptional service.

You will work independently within an assigned territory, managing schedules and documentation using a company-provided mobile device. Training is provided and there is potential for overtime opportunities.

Qualificações

• Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to manage daily workloads and work independently.

What You'll Do

Technical & Service Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Acorn stairlift systems in customers’ homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual safety inspections while ensuring high-quality, reliable workmanship.

Customer & Field Operations

• Provide professional customer service by explaining repairs, equipment operation, and maintenance recommendations.
• Work independently throughout an assigned territory while managing schedules, work orders, documentation, and communication using a company-provided mobile device.

Vehicle, Inventory & Safety

• Maintain an organized company vehicle and accurately manage parts inventory to ensure supplies are available when needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment while representing Acorn Stairlifts with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude, with experience in field service, automotive repair, HVAC, appliance repair, maintenance, construction, or other technical trades preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work comfortably in residential homes.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to manage daily workloads, prioritize multiple service calls, and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
