Job summary

Guardian Bandsaws is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and commission electromechanical industrial equipment at customer facilities across North America. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips.

Ideal candidates have experience with industrial equipment or food processing environments and can work independently while delivering outstanding customer

Are you the kind of technician who enjoys solving tough problems, working independently, finding the root cause, and traveling to help customers keep critical equipment running?

Guardian Bandsaw is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and commission industrial food processing equipment at customer facilities throughout North America.

We're looking for individuals with:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Industrial equipment, OEM machinery, manufacturing, automation, or food processing experience.
• The ability to work independently while providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to travel extensively (including overnight travel).
• A strong work ethic, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.

Experience with PLCs is helpful but not required:

• We're looking for technicians who can diagnose and solve electromechanical problems - not PLC programmers.
• Military-trained electromechanical technicians are encouraged to apply.
