Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting: You should have training and practical experience in (industrial/manufacturing/military) troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, including vessels, aircraft, ground support equipment, and vehicles.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiently read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Proficiency in the use of testing equipment such as multimeters is essential.

Regional Flexibility: Be willing to relocate regionally (southeast, mid-Atlantic, northeast, Midwest, southwest, west, or northwest) to match you with the best opportunity.

Extensive Travel: A desire to travel extensively overnight throughout the U.S.

Strong Customer Service Skills: Above-average customer service and interpersonal skills are crucial.
