Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, field repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency with electrical systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Willingness to travel to different field locations and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• A technical degree or equivalent preferred; related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on service equipment, including inspection, testing, and minor repairs.
• Respond promptly to service calls and perform in-house and field repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to determine effective solutions.
• Document service and repair information for complete maintenance records.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve complex issues and share detailed problem/solution information.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and tools to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to different field locations.
• A technical degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as electrical systems or mechanical engineering, will be an added advantage.
