Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an entry-level Lift Truck Technician to diagnose and repair Crown and other lift trucks on customer sites in Texas. You will perform planned maintenance, keep the service van stocked, and complete service paperwork after each job.

A valid driver's license and basic mechanical/electrical aptitude are required. Candidates with a technical degree and any lift truck repair experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Technical degree and previous lift truck repair experience preferred.
• Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
