Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Field Services Technician to cover the Clayton, NJ area. You will travel to customer sites, install, maintain and repair Ricoh printers and copiers, and perform preventative maintenance.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel across the territory and work independently. You will document service activity and provide excellent customer service on every visit, ensuring minimal downtime for customers and smooth

We’re Hiring: Field Services Technician in Clayton, NJ

• $23.00 per hour.


• Mileage reimbursement.


• Full-time | Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customer sites across the Clayton, NJ area.


• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Ricoh printers and copiers.


• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment setup.


• Resolve mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues.


• Deliver excellent customer service and document service activity.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Field service or equipment repair.


• Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical troubleshooting.


• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.


• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.


• Comfortable working independently.
