Job summary

Industrial Burner Services, Inc. (IBSI) is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This full-time position involves troubleshooting, servicing, maintaining, installing, and commissioning industrial combustion equipment and controls at customer facilities throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and servicing burners, gas trains, safety devices, and controls
• Installing and testing mechanical and electrical components
• Performing preventative maintenance and NFPA 86 safety checks
• Burner tuning, equipment startups, and commissioning
• Completing service reports and inspection documentation

Industrial combustion experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong mechanical ability, electrical aptitude, a reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
