Job description

The field service technician installs, repairs, and maintains chemical dispensing systems in a largely commercial/industrial environment. The technician works cooperatively with the sales team to install and maintain systems efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain chemical dispensing systems according to company standards and quality.
2. Install chemical dispensing systems adhering to company standards and local building codes.
3. Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment promptly.
4. Complete detailed and accurate documentation of maintenance and repairs.
5. Provide training to company employees as needed.
6. Maintain an organized inventory of parts and materials.
7. Support company staff as required.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and possess technical expertise in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical aspects of chemical dispensing systems.

Education:
