Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on vending and breaktime equipment at customer sites in Bedford, IN. You will diagnose issues, dismantle machines, and perform safe, efficient repairs while delivering strong customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and compliance with safety and DOT guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the route.
• Must be at least 21 for DOT requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on vending and breaktime equipment at customer locations.
• Inspect equipment visually and audibly to diagnose malfunctions and determine root causes.
• Dismantle machines and components to access and repair problem areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory of machine parts on the service vehicle and within the warehouse.
• Complete service calls efficiently and perform additional duties as assigned when not on calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care of company vehicles.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with client-site employees.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety policies, DOT regulations, and company standards.
