Job summary

Arnold Machinery is hiring a Field Service Technician (Material Handling) to service forklifts and related equipment at customer sites in the western United States. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues with a multimeter and laptop, and document work for dispatch and customers.

The role requires a good driving record, strong English communication, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word for reporting.
• Willingness to continue education offered by Arnold Machinery.
• Capable of working at customer sites and handling ladders/tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations to repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform periodic maintenance and assess repair needs.
• Use a multimeter and laptop to diagnose issues and document work.
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with company values.
