Job summary

Bottleless Nation is seeking a Service Technician / Installer for the Indianapolis area market. You will install, troubleshoot, service and repair bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client environments.

Ideal candidates are self-directed, detail oriented, and deliver excellent customer service as we provide top-notch service. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; plumbing experience and familiarity with MS Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma, GED, or trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience installing/servicing commercial beverage and ice systems preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client environments.
• Explain functionality of water/ice systems and answer questions.
• Complete installation and service routes efficiently.
• Coordinate with supervisor and customer service teams; complete paperwork.
• Adhere to safety procedures and utilize company equipment properly.
