Integration Services is adding a Field Service Tech - Installation, responsible for unloading, installing, and setting up equipment efficiently. Must be experienced with powered hand tools and able to read schematics and assembly diagrams. The role involves heavy travel. The ideal candidate has strong electrical experience, is responsible, self-motivated, and a problem solver with a “can do” attitude to meet project deadlines.

Position Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Properly, timely, and efficiently install equipment and upgrades at customer facilities
• Experience with power and hand tools for assembling large automated systems
• Work with team to assemble, move, and install sorting and conveyor systems, sub-assemblies, modules, and top-level machines according to specifications
• Test and verify all features and functions of systems
• Follow escalation policies and procedures
• Monitor and test fixes to ensure issues are resolved
• Assemble and set up conveyor-driven sortation systems
• Verify system functioning and conformance to specifications using various tools

Position Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 95%, with company covering travel, hotel, and per diem
• 3+ years’ experience installing or servicing material handling equipment, conveyors, or industrial equipment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Interpersonal skills, including listening and questioning
• Electrical installation experience
• Proficiency with computers, cell phones, email, Microsoft Office, and Teams
• Ability to read schematics and machine drawings
• Quick learner with strong information retention
• Ability to communicate system operations to non-technical staff and customers
• Keen attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure

Physical Requirements:

• Work minimum 10-hour shifts
• Lift, push, bend, and unload equipment
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
