Job summary

Mayekawa Usa Inc. is seeking an experienced field service technician to lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.

You will analyze faults, guide startup of refrigeration facilities, and provide customers with repair and upgrade options while ensuring thorough documentation and reporting. The role requires reading wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings, knowledge of screw compressors and control systems, and the ability to travel to customer sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Industrial Refrigeration with service background.
• Trade school or refrigeration training graduate.
• CARO RETA certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.
• Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of gas processing equipment and gas compressors.
• Manage startup and commissioning of refrigeration and gas processing facilities.
• Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis of compressor systems.
• Assist customers with maintenance and repair solutions and upgrade options.
• Create, update, track, and complete commissioning reports.
• Maintain documentation, organize work, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Promote services and generate return service opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite and company equipment.
