Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician III to provide on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of printers, copiers, and related devices at customer locations in the Jamestown, NY area.

You will diagnose issues, perform upgrades, and rebuild components while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll manage multiple field calls, maintain strong time management, and continue developing technical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical repair.
• Experience with document management, MFP, and print devices.
• Experience providing on-site service and repair to customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide printer and copier maintenance, service, and repairs to customers.
• Deliver product training efficiently and effectively.
• Diagnose equipment issues and carry out installations and upgrades.
• Make modifications, remove old units, and retrofit existing hardware.
• Complete field calls according to priority while managing time effectively.
• Continuously enhance your technical skills for field assignments.
• Rebuild components at the shop.

• Hourly range $24.00-$26.00, depending on experience.

As the Field Service Technician, you will enjoy making a positive impact on the business and our customers through maintaining, servicing, and repairing their office equipment throughout the territory.

Your core focus as Field Service Technician will be to provide on-site technical support and maintenance for black and white, color, and multifunctional printers, copiers, and other devices at customer locations. You will build cross-functional expertise and business acumen, opening doors for future career growth at Toshiba.

This position will enable you to directly impact our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities by ensuring that their office equipment is functioning properly to drive their organizations forward.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
