Job summary

Solventum in Wood Dale, IL is seeking a Field Service Representative I to service healthcare clients, including delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment. You will build strong relationships with hospital staff and patients while ensuring equipment meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One year of customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, pick up and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment.
• Interface with Solventum customers daily and build strong relationships.
• Monitor inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Clean, process and perform quality control on medical device equipment; load/unload in company vehicles.
• Attend training and may travel for business purposes.
