Job summary

Tecta America Corp. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Helper to work outdoors on commercial roofs under the Service Foreman. You will climb ladders, bend, and learn roofing techniques and tools onsite. Starting pay is $15 per hour, depending on experience, with potential increases after the review period.

The role involves assisting with leak repair, installing roof components, and setting up safety equipment. Opportunities to advance as you gain skills are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors on roof surfaces and lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to learn roofing techniques and safety practices.
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technician in identifying and resolving leak sources.
• Install and repair components of flat roof materials and flashings.
• Set up ladders and safety equipment for roof access.
• Assist in loading or carrying roofing materials and equipment.
• Work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime.
