Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Tech. The Field Service Tech will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ProMach equipment at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, providing technical support, and training customers on equipment use. The role requires travel to various client locations and ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.

• Technical skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment
• Problem-solving abilities and experience in troubleshooting technical issues
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication skills for customer support and training
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
