ASM International is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair advanced semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose complex issues and deliver responsive service, documenting findings accurately and collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Support and R&D teams.

Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, military technical training, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Ability to work in semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
Willingness and ability to travel as required to support customer sites.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
