Job summary

Tindall Corporation in Buchanan, GA seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead erection and field finishing on projects, directing subcontractors and crews to safely complete work on time and within budget. You will coordinate with engineering, project management, and trucking to ensure site logistics, material deliveries, and QA/QC align with project specifications and PCI tolerances.

Travel up to 5 days/week is required. Ideal candidates hold an A.A.S.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Hr certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• PCI Field Auditor certification a plus.
• Associate degree (A.A.S.) or six months to one year related experience; or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex drawings.
• Travel up to 5 days/week for day trips to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractors and employees to complete erection and field finishing safely, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee erection and field services on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Trucking Manager on deliveries and schedules.
• Review and verify BOMs and erection BOMs; ensure QC conforms to PCI tolerances.
• Lead safety and quality adherence at the jobsite and communicate with customers.
