About this role


As a Service Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the Service Field Team, ensuring efficient execution of service agreements and T&M work while driving process improvements. This role requires strategic workforce planning, scheduling, and training initiatives to enhance the team's overall performance and customer satisfaction. You will focus on optimizing efficiency, standardizing best practices, and fostering professional development to ensure high-quality service experience and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Service Field Team, overseeing workforce scheduling, manpower forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Drive training and development initiatives, including new product training, technical skill enhancements, and continuous education on best practices.
  • Monitor and improve team performance, conducting regular assessments and performance reviews while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Champion recruitment efforts, interviewing, and onboarding process of new service field engineers, ensuring a skilled and well-equipped workforce.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to service field engineers as needed.
  • Support on service agreement and T&M work execution.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years’ experience in Building Automation (BAS)
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, business, or related subject matter.
  • Knowledge and experience in HVAC controls, Building Automation, or related industry.
  • 1+ years of experience in leading a team
  • Proficient in Automated Logic and Phoenix software, such as WebCtrl, SiteBuilder, ViewBuilder, LogicBuilder, or similar software.
  • Previous leadership experience and ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Ability to multitask various large and diverse challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
