Accredited Labs in Wayland, Michigan, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the field service team in a hybrid role. You will partner with our Accounting Supervisor to support growth, coordinate field service operations, and ensure compliance with procedures.

The ideal candidate will manage staff, communicate effectively, and bring strong leadership to a fast-growing calibration services provider with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.

As our Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and guidance in coordination with executive and technical leadership.
• Supervise, mentor, and support field service staff.
• Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and administrative procedures (time sheets, expense reports, certifications, documentation).
• Coordinate and monitor overall efficiency of field service operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
