Job summary

Kinetico is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to train and oversee installation, service, preventive maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems for residential and commercial customers. You will lead a team of Field Service Technicians, schedule and coach, ensure safety, and manage documentation and inventory.

The role requires 5+ years in a technician role, plumbing experience, and completion of Kinetico academies, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma / GED.
• 5+ years of technician or related experience.
• Completion of Residential Pro, Residential Master, and Commercial Master academies.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving skills.
• Plumbing experience and soldering; plumbing certification a plus.
