As a Clarion Field Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, participate in emergency response procedures, and provide superior customer service.

Job Qualifications

• Be at least 25 years of age.
• Have at least 3 years' experience managing and supervising around 60 officers and supervisors.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Obtain and maintain a valid guard card/license as required in the state.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening.
• Driving Positions: Valid driver’s license, at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Basic computer skills for operating technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain, snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shift.
• Stand or walk for long periods.
• Available to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
