Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Support Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on mentoring technicians, coordinating service needs, and driving performance with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, basic mechanical skills, and proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Office 365 to support field operations and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in material handling industry experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to read technical information.
• Proficient Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians in the field and coordinate needs and training.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Visit customers to address service disputes and follow up on quotes.
• Monitor daily PM completion and repairs to exceed customer expectations.
• Promote Lean Management and ProLift values in interactions with customers and team.

Job Summary

This position is responsible forsupporting and guiding technicians through career growth through engaging, mentoring, and reviewing skillset proficiencies, training opportunities.TheField Service Support Supervisorwill build long-lasting relationships with customers by exploring their needs and expectations,providing specific measurable goals, and achieving results within a customer's expected timeframe.The ideal candidate will proactively communicate with the associates, managers, and customers on repairs, job requirements and scheduled work.

General Duties And Responsibilities

• Support Technicians while in the field; including technician needs, efficiencies, training
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up
• Customer visits; including service disputes, quote follow up and customer relations
• Monitor daily PM completion/repairs for team while ensuring quality and timeliness of PM completion/repairs exceeds customer expectations
• Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectationsboth in presentation and communication
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy

Educational/Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have aHigh School Diploma or equivalent,two or more yearsofmaterial handling industry experience,one to three years of supervisory experience, and basic mechanical experience.The Field Service Support Supervisor will have proficientknowledgeof Microsoftproducts such as Word, Outlook, and Exceland Office 365.The ideal candidate willcommunicate to associates, customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills whileprotectingthe organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
