Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing startup in the technology space, is transforming how businesses connect assets, streamline workflows, and make smarter decisions through cutting-edge 3D scanning, IoT integration, and visual asset management. They are seeking a Field Service Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role with up to 75% travel (combination of local and nationwide travel).
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Lead, manage, and coordinate all field scanning projects across the United States, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Route & Resource Planning: Develop and optimize efficient route plans and schedules for scanning teams to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Team & Contractor Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of scanning technicians and a network of third-party scanning contractors. You will be responsible for their performance and adherence to the client’s standards.
- Hands-On Scanning: Act as a "player-coach" by personally conducting 3D scanning using advanced technology like the Matterport Pro3 camera, especially for key clients or complex projects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes for all 3D data capture to ensure it meets the requirements for our VMS platform.
- Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service management, logistics, or operations, with a strong background in coordinating teams and contractors across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in training, developing, and managing personnel.
- Exceptional organizational, logistical, and route-planning skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning and mastering new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote teams and communicate professionally with enterprise clients.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively (up to 75%) nationwide.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and carry equipment up to 40lbs and climb ladders.
- Background Check and Drug Screening required at times
- Bonus: Direct experience with 3D scanning technology (Matterport, Leica, etc.) and working within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually.

Base Salary $65,000 - $85,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
