Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Must have 5 years of directly related experience with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact end users to address data entry errors.
• Implement approved MERC standard processes.
• Conduct regular system test programs.
• Plan and conduct on-the-job training.
• Promote MERC capabilities to customers.
• Submit suggestions for new business opportunities.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Extensive knowledge of Air Force plans and scheduling

Education

Master’s degree in a technical discipline

High school diploma with 8 years experience
